We are a group that meets twice a month to talk about and practice mindfulness and meditation. Everyone is welcome to attend, no registration required. Mindfulness practice is an effective way of coping with stress, anxiety disorders, depression, grief, pain, and helps to cultivate more calm and inner peace.
